Deborah Welch is the Group Data Strategy Director at Translation | UnitedMasters. She works with brands like Beats by Dre, NBA, Intuit, AT&T, and more. In her role, she works across the enterprise, which is one part creative agency (Translation) and one part creator platform (UnitedMasters). Deborah’s team is the in-house data strategy group working across marketing, product, and sales. Together, they do all things cultural intelligence and measurement.
